Every Monday night, we get together as an informal group who have struggled or are currently struggling with mental health issues. This can include depression, suicide, anxiety or any other issue. It is a judgement-free group in which you can share, vent, listen or just have a cry and leave. A human connection can be very helpful!
In an effort to be available to everyone, we do change our location between Watkins Glen and Montour Falls locations. Follow our Facebook to stay up to date!
We are very excited to announce that we are currently in the process of matching up residents of the Seneca View skilled nursing facility at Schuyler Hospital with their adoptive families.
If you are interested in getting involved, please use the button below to send us information. We can't wait to connect you with your "grandparent"!
