Push Through 5k

We're doing it again! but this time it's virtual!

Join us for a virtual 5k in which we hope to spread the word on suicide prevention and mental health awareness! Don't live locally or you're not sure where to walk/run? No problem! We'll figure out a course for you, if you'd like. You can even try our original 5k course, which was made to be a challenge!

This event is taking place on May 16. There is no set time - work it into your schedule. Can't really afford a registration right now? No problem - there's a free option! Visit our Facebook event for more information!

Saving space

These are informal groups that take place on Monday nights. They are a space where you are safe to come and talk about what is on your mind, to just sit and listen or to take  a moment for yourself, even cry if you need to, and then leave. They are usually held at the Human Services Complex in Montour Falls, from 6-7pm. Occasionally they are held at the Watkins Glen library, from 7-8pm. Be sure to check our Facebook events page for our exact time and location!
